Money-Back Guarantee Period
Your return window depends on when and how you purchased:
Standard Guarantee: 30 Days
Most subscription purchases come with a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date you receive your item.
Extended Guarantee: 60 Days
Select campaigns and promotions offer an extended 60-day money-back guarantee.

Return Requirements
To be eligible for a return under our money-back guarantee, your item must be:

Damages and Issues
All customers are protected against defective or damaged products, regardless of purchase type.

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to:

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
This EU cooling-off period applies only to subscription purchases at regular price. Sale items remain final sale.
Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
